The Thiberts have two plots Beaumonts (0.21ha) is currently in use, while Champs Longs (0.13ha) has been pulled out for replanting. No new wood is used for this cuvée. A paler colour, with an attractive nose showing some sandalwood. Very much rose water style, thanks to 100% whole bunch vinification, which makes it light but pretty. Attractive finish. Not mega concentrated but quite a pretty wine for springtime drinking.
